Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing, this allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result. Season generously with salt, pepper, and aromatics. Sear on all sides over high heat until deeply browned. Braise in liquid at 300°F for 3 to 4 hours until fall off the bone tender. The longer it cooks, the better it gets.
