Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result. Season generously. Grill over medium-high heat 6-7 minutes per side, or bake at 400°F for 22-25 minutes. Target internal temp: 165°F. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
