Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result. Skillet: heat over medium-high heat with a little oil, cook strips 5-7 minutes turning occasionally until cooked through and lightly caramelized. Grill: medium-high heat, 4-5 minutes per side.
