Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result. Pat dry and season generously. Oven: preheat to 425°F, place on a baking sheet, roast 35-40 minutes until golden and crispy. Grill: medium heat, 30-35 minutes turning occasionally. Target internal temp: 165°F. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
