Twelve pounds of fire braised chicken thighs. Deep, rich, fall-off-the-bone flavor that takes hours to develop and minutes to serve.
Fire braising is a technique that transforms chicken thighs into something extraordinary. Slow cooked with fire until the collagen breaks down, the juices concentrate, and the meat becomes impossibly tender and rich. The result is a deeply caramelized, glistening thigh with flavor that goes all the way to the bone. This is the kind of chicken that makes people go quiet at the dinner table because they are too busy eating to talk.
Twelve pounds of fire braised perfection across 2 bags. Heat, serve, and take all the credit.

Recommended Cooking
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing, this allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result. Oven: preheat to 350°F, place in a covered baking dish with a splash of broth or water, heat 25 to 30 minutes until hot throughout. Stovetop: low heat in a covered skillet with a little liquid, 15 to 20 minutes. Already fully cooked, internal temp should reach 165°F before serving.
