Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result. Cook thoroughly in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking apart as it cooks, until no pink remains. Target internal temp: 165°F.
