Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the shrimp to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Garlic Butter Sauté: Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and shrimp, cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink and curled. Finish with lemon juice and fresh parsley. Serve over pasta or rice.
Grill: Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes per side until lightly charred and cooked through. Serve with crusty bread and lemon.
Shrimp Boil: Bring a large pot of seasoned water to a boil with Old Bay, lemon, and garlic. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until pink. Drain and serve immediately with drawn butter.
