Our Wild Caught 4oz Salmon Fillets are boneless, skinless, and sealed in their own vacuum pack so you can thaw exactly what you need, when you need it. Forty fillets per order. Ten pounds of premium wild caught salmon, portioned perfectly for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or feeding the whole family.

Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the fish to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Pan Sear: Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
Oven Bake: Preheat to 400°F. Place fillets on a greased baking sheet, season well, and bake 10-12 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Air Fry: Lightly coat with olive oil and season. Air fry at 390°F for 7-9 minutes until golden and cooked through. Quick, easy, and perfectly crispy.
